KCREW (“we”) operates the DataMoum Tools mobile application worldwide. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

1. Files and app data

Image compression, image conversion, PDF creation, and QR creation are performed on your device. We do not upload your selected images, generated PDFs, or QR content to DataMoum servers. The app does not require an account.

2. Rewarded advertising

The app offers optional Pangle rewarded video ads for batch processing. If you choose to watch an ad, Pangle and its service providers may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address and network information, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, and diagnostics. This processing is subject to your consent choices, platform settings, and Pangle's privacy terms.

3. Permissions

The app requests access only when needed to select, process, save, or share files. You can manage permissions in your device settings. On iOS, tracking permission may be requested where legally or technically required; declining it does not prevent access to the app's basic tools.

4. Children

DataMoum Tools is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

5. Retention and security

Because core files are processed locally, we do not retain them on our servers. Third-party advertising providers retain information according to their own policies. No method of electronic processing is completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

You may decline optional ads and tracking permissions, reset or limit your device advertising identifier, manage app permissions, or delete the app and its local data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Contact us to submit a request.

7. International use and changes

Advertising providers may process data in countries other than yours. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change and will post the new effective date here.
