Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of DataMoum Tools, provided by KCREW. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The app provides on-device image, PDF, and QR utilities. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued to improve the service, comply with law, or address technical issues.

2. Rewarded ads

Basic single-file tools are available without watching an ad. You may voluntarily watch a Pangle rewarded ad to unlock eligible batch processing. Rewards have no cash value. If an ad cannot be completed or verified, the reward may not be granted. The app currently offers no subscription or in-app purchase.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your files, backups, output review, and lawful use. Do not process content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or use the app for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.

4. Ownership

KCREW and its licensors own the app, branding, software, and related materials. You retain rights in files and content you process with the app.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that output will be error-free, lossless, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Always keep backups of important files.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KCREW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Suspension and changes

We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens users, the service, or third parties. We may update these terms and will publish the revised effective date.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
